Arun Kumar may head TDSAT

Mr Justice Arun Kumar, former Judge of the Supreme Court, is likely to be appointed as the next Chairman of the Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT). The post has been lying vacant for more than two months since the resignation of Mr Justice Santosh Hegde.
