THE OLD, THE NEW: Kabali Talkies, an old theatre in Mandaveli, yet another remnant of Chennai, is in the process of being pulled down to give way for a commercial complex, while the name board of Inox, a multiplex that will open within a month in the Chennai Citi Centre, is being installed.

Inox Leisure Ltd, the company that runs the multiplex, is in the process of getting the necessary licences. It will have four screens and a total of 893 seats in this mall on Dr Radhakrishnan Salai, in south Chennai.
