Postal Services board new member

Mr D. Kailasa Prasad, Principal Chief Postmaster General of Andhra Pradesh Circle, has been appointed Member (Development & Financial Services) of the Postal Services Board at New Delhi. He will take up the new assignment in the first week of September. During his tenure of five months as the Chief, the A.P. Circle revenues touched Rs 40.72 crore, growing by 43.64 per cent, compared with the same period in the previous year, according to a press release from the Department of Posts here.
