Gulf Gate to set up shop in NY, London

Gulf Gate, a Kerala-based hair fixing company, will shortly open centres in New York and London in three months, the company's Managing Director, Mr A.P. Sakeer Hussain, said. The company currently has 18 branches in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and West Asia, including UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The company, which started functioning six years ago, has an annual business turnover of about Rs 1 crore. While the average cost of treatment for a man was about Rs 15,000, for women it was about Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000.
