Residency's Sri Lanka food festival

The Residency has for the first time sought to organise an International Food Festival here. The ten-day Sri Lankan Food Festival is being celebrated up to September 10 with food and Sri Lankan band.

To give the event an authentic touch, The Residency management has brought Chef, Mr Publis, and his brigade from the Island nation to enable them recreate signature dishes.
