Idea Cellular, part of the Aditya Birla group, has announced the Rs 1 lakh cash prize winner for the contest "Kaun Banega Andhra Lakshadhikari''.

Idea customers from across Andhra Pradesh participated in `Kaun Banega Andhra Lakshadhikari,' a voice-based mobile interactive quiz contest on general knowledge and movies. Over 40 winners chosen were awarded a Rs 1000 cash prize daily.

Of the 40 winners, Imadur Rehaman of Mehboobnagar was chosen on the basis of a lucky draw and won a mega prize of Rs 1 lakh.

"Kaun Banega Andhra Lakshadhikari" provided an opportunity to Idea customers to win cash prize by answering simple questions on general knowledge and movies. Idea Cellular runs similar contests on its short code 456 for subscribers. They can download Dialer Tones, Ring Tones from movies and stand to win Rs 75,000.
