ICSI has proposed to begin a post-membership qualification course on corporate governance.This is expected to keep members up-to date-with the latest developments concerning a major aspect of modern business and industry.

The institute is of the view that the level of investor education needs to be enhanced in the country to ensure more effective corporate governance. It has organised a number of awareness programmes through various local chapters. Fifty cities are expected to be covered by the end of this financial year.
