Amratlal Gopalji Thacker suspended

Mumbai , Sept. 13

The SEBI has suspended the certificate of registration of Amratlal Gopalji Thacker, a member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange, for indulging in synchronised transactions and circular trading and creation of an artificial market while dealing in the scrip of DSQ Industries Ltd. The member's certificate of registration will be cancelled for a period of three months beginning September 29, said a SEBI order.
