Zero credit to technology

At a recent conference in the capital, one senior private sector executive shared his views on technology improvements in the financial sector. He told an amused audience that he had recently received an SMS from his credit-card company informing him that his card had Rs Zero as outstanding, which would attract a late fee of Rs Zero and unless he paid up immediately, he could be penalised further by as much as Rs Zero!
