Hutch launches `One TN' plan

Our Bureau

Coimbatore , Sept. 14

Hutch, one of the mobile phone service providers in Tamil Nadu, has announced the launch of `One TN' plan that provides customers a seamless service across the State.

With the removal of the distinction between the Chennai and rest of Tamil Nadu circles, there will be no roaming charges throughout the State. Recharge facilities would be available irrespective of the circle. The Hutch corporate post-paid customers would have the benefit of being part of Closed User Groups (CUGs) cutting across both circles.

Under the Hutch One TN initiative, `Talk TN Special Tariff Top-up Voucher (STV)' priced at Rs 99 has made the prepaid segment more attractive by reducing call rates to 10 paise per minute for Hutch-to-Hutch calls, 24 hours a day. Hutch pre-paid customers topping with the STV would have their existing balance talk-time automatically moved to the 10-paise tariff structure. Validity of the existing talk-time, however, remains the same. Hutch-to-Hutch STV tariff benefits are valid for a period of 30 days from activation, the company said in a release.
