Carol Info Services announces buyback

Mumbai , Sept. 15

Carol Info Services Ltd has announced its decision to buyback its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each from its existing shareholders. The buyback will be done via the open market at a price not exceeding Rs 40 per equity share, for a total amount size of Rs 21.20 crore.

The buyback size represents around 6.60 per cent of the company's paid-up equity capital and free reserves. The maximum number of equity shares which the company intends to buyback would not be more than 53,00,000 equity shares.
