The Hindu Business Line : Salesforce partners Theikos

Salesforce.com has announced the availability of Instant CRM package created in partnership with Delhi-based Theikos, a consulting partner. The bundle is available with one year of Salesforce licences for up to 5 users of Salesforce Professional Edition, with implementation services, for Rs 1.5 lakhs.

Theikos will provide implementation — which involves data migration, configuration, customisation and training. Since it is a Web-based package, implementation time is expected to be complete in two weeks.

Products

Salesforce.com has three products: its flagship Salesforce CRM (customer relationship management) solution; Succesforce, which offers tools for services and programs; and Appexchange — which is a platform for individual developers to upload their new software and sell them online. The company has 5 lakh subscribers and offers its hosted applications on a monthly subscription basis.
