Kochi, Sept. 16

Mr V.S. Das, Executive Director of the Reserve Bank of India, is to inaugurate a two-day national conference on Financial Inclusion here during September 19-20.

The conference, jointly organised by the Institute of Small Enterprises and Development (ISED) and the International Network on Small and Medium Enterprises (INSLED- India), will project multi-stakeholder interests, ranging from international organisations, Ministries and agencies of the Government of India, professional and financial institutions and the corporate sector.

The conference is expected to discuss issues relating to credit delivery, micro-finance, insurance, as well as the agricultural sector.
