Elder Pharma plans JV in Ghana

MUMBAI: Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with a local party in Ghana. The joint-venture company will manufacture pharmaceutical formulations that will be marketed in Ghana and nearby countries, Elder Pharma told the Bombay Stock Exchange.
