IPOs Our Bureau
Mumbai , Sept. 25 Deep Industries Ltd, KEW Industries Ltd and Atlanta Ltd made their debut on the bourses on Monday. Deep Industries Ltd, provider of air and gas compression services to oil and gas exploration companies, opened at a premium of 36.11 per cent over the offer price of Rs 36 at Rs 49. The stock then declined and closed at Rs 27.90. The company had offered 1,13,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 36 aggregating to Rs 40.68 crore.
KEW Industries
The stock of KEW Industries Ltd opened at Rs 35.50, a premium of 18.33 per cent over the offer price of Rs 30. The company is a manufacturer and supplier of defence stores and automobile components for OEMs. The stock moved to an intra-day high at Rs 36 before closing at Rs 23.60 KEW Industries had issued an IPO of 70 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 30 each aggregating to Rs 21 crore.
Atlanta Ltd
Atlanta Ltd opened at Rs 170, at a 13.33 per cent premium over the offer price of Rs 150. The company is in the business of construction, infrastructure and mining. The stock closed at Rs 192.30 and touched an intra-day high at Rs 209.50. The company had offered 43 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 150.
