TCI completes merger of TCI Seaways

New Delhi, Sept. 25

Transport Corporation of India Ltd today announced the completion of the merger process of TCI Seaways Ltd (TCISL), an unlisted group company engaged in coastal and international cargo movement. Post-merger, the performance of the erstwhile TCISL will be reported under the newly formed "Shipping Division" of the company, said a company release.
