SumTotal Systems, technology provider, has launched a new version of its `ResultsonDemand' platform, its software-as-a-service offering.

This solution gives customers access to a hosted version of the software maker's talent management suite SumTotal Enterprise 7.2, that delivers learning over the Internet and also analyses employee performance and compensation. SumTotal will manage the maintenance, daily technical operation and support for the software.
