Human Resources Web Extras - Outlook Indian HR base turning hinterland for West Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Sept. 26 India, with its vast human resource base, has fast evolved into a hinterland for Western nations as the demand for professionals abroad has been growing rapidly, according to the Chairman and Managing Director of World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services (WWICS), Col B.S. Sandhu. "The need of the hour is to deliver authentic information on immigration related issues and guide the willing immigration aspirants in the right direction," he said at a press conference. He was here to announce the transcontinental campaign to educate students, professionals and entrepreneurs in various countries on global resettlement options abroad.
Aimed at enlightening the students, professionals and business entrepreneurs across the world, WWICS is holding seminars across the globe. It will organise its series of special lectures in the country in cities such as Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Kochi among others.
Overseas, such seminars are to be held in Nairobi, Dubai, and cities of South Africa with the series culminating in a special seminar in London in November.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Curtis Panke, Director of Global Placement Service , a placement division of WWICS, said, "Countries such as Canada, Australia and the UK have remarkable opportunities for professionals, businesspersons and students. You can have brilliant career, give a good life to your family, good education to your children and see them grow as qualified and successful individuals. But you need to be sure-footed and confident about the next move that you make in resettling yourself overseas. Here is where experience, expertise and an unquestionable profile of your consultant matters the most."
