Kochi , Sept 28 Toyota Kirloskar Motor on Wednesday launched Express Maintenance - a one-hour periodic maintenance service for all Toyota vehicles - at the Nippon Toyota outlet here. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
This initiative utilises the Toyota production system and Kaizen methodologies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Speaking on the occasion, Mr T. The service will be extended to four dealerships across the country by the yearend and six more centres next year.

Innova sales alone were growing 15-20 per cent in the country, he said. On plans to launch small cars in India, Mr Ino said there is no definite plan at the moment. The focus is on increasing the market share in the passenger car segment to 10 per cent by 2010 from the existing 4 per cent, he added.
