VERMICELLI STRANDS being rolled at a home in the old city of Hyderabad on Thursday. Vermicelli is the main ingredient of `sheer-khorma', a delicacy savoured during Ramadan. A month before the Idd festival, scores of families get busy making the `semiah' (vermicelli). The hand made stuff is sold at Rs 60 to Rs 150 a kg.
