Mr Rao, who was here on Thursday evening to lay the foundation stone for a rail overbridge at Lankalapalem, said the State Government was keen on developing the Kakinada-Visakhapatanm belt as an industrial corridor and several projects were coming up in the near future in Vizag. At Kakinada, a port-based special economic zone (SEZ) with a refinery was being set up by ONGC.
