If Lalu Prasad had the audience at the conference in splits, someone should tell him about the dangers of back-to-back events.

While the infrastructure conference was held on Saturday, Lalu was back at a railway conference the following Monday. Little realising that many in the Monday audience would have attended the Saturday event, he repeated most of the jokes and anecdotes.

Just as some professional after-dinner speakers do, the Railway Minister too seems to have mugged up his lines.
