Reliable to form venture with HK firm

The Chennai-based Reliable Freight Forwarders Pvt Ltd has entered into a joint venture agreement with Kerry Logistics of Hong Kong.

The venture is to called Kerry Reliable Logistics in India and Kerry Logistics in the Far East, according to a release issued by Reliable Freight Forwarders.

The joint venture would help Kerry Logistics gain a foothold in India using Reliable's market presence and operations.

Similarly, Kerry Logistics would introduce Reliable Freight to the Far East.
