New rural magazine soon

Approach Communications, a New Delhi-based marketing company, will launch a magazine Grameen Today. The fortnightly magazine aims to provide a comprehensive knowledge of technologies, scientific knowledge and various policy issues that are of interest to the rural population.

Priced at Rs 10, the magazine will also cover prices of raw materials that are relevant to the occupations in rural areas and the places where it would be available. The magazine aims to fill the gap between available Hindi publications and the rural target audience, a company release said.
