The Confederation of Indian Industry (Southern Region) and Cerebrus Consultants will organise `Managemantra 2006', a two-day event, starting on October 27.

According to a press release, the event will focus on spotting and showcasing young managerial talent from management colleges in South India. The event will also feature interaction between companies and academia through topics such as `Generic competencies of management trainees - what companies look for in entry level MBAs' and `Cultural dimensions in companies - from the CEO's perspective'.
