Emirates Shipping's new service

New Delhi, Oct. 13

The Emirates Shipping Line on Friday announced the launch of its Hyper Galex service providing port connections linking China, South East Asia, India and West Asia. Hyper Galex will be served by six vessels of 3,100 twenty feet equivalent units (TEUs) and a speed of 22.5 knots.

Emirates Shipping Line will provide four out of the six vessels while SCI and TS Line will provide one ship each, said the release. The service will be launched on November 11. Hyper Galex will also provide the first direct service between Cochin and North China.

The port rotation will be: Xingang, Qingdao, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Port Kelang, Colombo, Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Jebel Ali, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali, Cochin, Colombo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Xingang. Emirates Shipping Line FZE, is registered in Dubai and commercially headquartered in Dubai and Hong Kong.
