Purearth commercial complex on track

Purearth Infrastructure Ltd, makers of development complex, the Central Square, said that construction was well on track to create an integrated business district in the Capital's traditional commercial hub, with a distinct international entity.

The project has been part financed by HDFC bank and talks are already on for tie-ups with ICICI bank and other financial institutions. Central Square has a total built-up area of 1.5 million sq ft and will have four plazas. Each plaza will have five floors with multiple utility areas that will be connected through the top most floor.

The Central Square project is being promoted by the Thakrals of Thakral Holdings Ltd, who are engaged in hotel and property development and management, Mr Satpal Khattar, Chairman of Guoco Land Ltd and Dr Vinay Bharat Ram of the DCM Group with business interests in Engineering, Textiles and IT.
