Mangalore , Oct. 17

The Mangalore branch of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) will organise a one-day workshop on `Leadership' in Mangalore on October 19.

Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, Mr P.A. Jose, Chairman of NIPM, Mangalore Chapter, said that the workshop is meant for employees in the senior and middle management cadre.

Dr Michael Chirichello, Professor, Department Chair, William Paterson University, New York, will be the resource person. Mr P. Tamilvanan, Chairman of New Mangalore Port Trust, will inaugurate the workshop, he added.
