New Products & Services Vanilco unveils new products Our Bureau
The products are targeted at star hotels, prominent super markets and bakers. The ice creams would be available in five, 10 and 25e litre packs. The vanicoloda cocktail made from 50 ml of ice cream, 10 ml of vanicoloda syrup and 30 mil of white rum is very popular in Mexico, Mr Jose added. Vanilco is also in talks with cooperatives such as Amul, Milma and others to increase the use of natural vanilla in the manufacture of ice creams. Mr Jose demanded that the Government should take steps to restrict the free import of synthetic vanillin into the country.
