Liberty Group, Egana sign MoU

Footwear manufacturer Liberty Group plans to foray into retail business with the signing of an MoU with Egana Goldpfeil, an international company with many lifestyle brands in the categories of watches, timepieces, jewellery, leather, pearls and eyewear.

Under the MoU, both the companies will jointly open retail outlets next year in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Egana's brand portfolio consists of Carrera, Pierre Cardin, Espirit, Cerruti 1881, Junghans, Sioux, PUMA, Comtesse and Salamander among others.
