Google Bangalore new R & D chief

Google announced that Dr Prasad Bhaarat Ram, previously Chief Technology Office at Yahoo! India Research and Development, has been appointed to head the engineering and site operations at the R&D centre in Bangalore. Dr Ram, whose appointment is effective immediately, will lead engineering operations and product innovation at the centre.
