NEW INITIATIVE: Mr L. Mansingh, Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, with Mr S.K. Poddar, President, FICCI, at the launch of FICCI Alliance for Consumer Care (FACC) in the Capital on Tuesday, an initiative involving the government, corporates and consumers. FACC provides an interface between the business community and consumers to facilitate redressal of grievances and initiate a dialogue between the two.
