Information Technology solutions provider HCL Infosystems Ltd on Wednesday posted a decline of 13.47 per cent in net profit at Rs 25.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as compared to Rs 29.75 crore for the same period last year.

Gross Sales increased about 15 per cent to Rs 563.59 crore during the quarter ended September 30, from Rs 486.68 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company's board of directors have also declared a Rs 2-a-share interim dividend, the company said.
