Pune , Oct. 18 Abbee Consumables and Peripherals Sshope (Abbee Sshope) has entered into an agreement with HPCL to use the select petrol pumps as Abbee cartridge collection and refilling centres. Mr B.B. Somani, CEO of Abbee Sshope, said that on a pilot basis, three petrol pumps in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad areas have been selected. "We plan to use these select HPCL outlets as launching pad for all-India level tie-up with the organisation." Under the agreement, HPCL has agreed to allot 100-150 sq ft for setting up the centres. Abbee Sshope, which will be operational 12 hours a day, will not only help customers deposit their cartridges for refilling but deliver the refilled cartridge at home. Apart from the convenience, HPCL customers will be offered special concession, Mr Somani said. Mr A.M. Atri, Pune Retail Regional Head of HPCL, said that the pact was one of the various initiatives that HPCL has undertaken, keeping in view the changing customer needs on customer conveniences. HPCL has been undertaking customer-oriented marketing where the emphasis is on providing value-added services, besides assuring to quality and quantity at retail pumps.
