Hyderabad , Oct. 27

City Square Enterprises (Private) Ltd, the Bangalore-based property developer, will launch White Stone Infrastructure Pvt Ltd to take up construction activity in 45 projects in cities such as Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Coimbatore.

Fifteen of these would come up in Hyderabad. And one of these projects, Grand View at Medchal, offered a Rs one-crore 750-sq yard villa on the city outskirts. Seventy such villas would come up at the site.

"Nearly 50 per cent of those who sought interest in our properties are NRIs," Mr Jagdish Reddy, Director of City Square, said.

The company had so far put in Rs 100 crore for land and infrastructure development in these 45 projects. Fifteen of these would come up in Hyderabad in a total area of 300 acres, Mr N. Manohar Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of City Square, told reporters here on Friday.

At a later stage, the company was planning to set up an exclusive division to offer property management solutions. "We see a huge opportunity in that segment," Ms V. Kavitha Reddy, Director of White Stone, said.
