The power plant will be equipped with eco-friendly, state-of-the-art circulating Fluidised Bed Combustion (CFBC) boilers, specifically designed to utilise petcoke fuel. Bharat Oman Refinery Limited (BORL) has placed the order on BHEL for setting up a 3x33 MW captive power plant at Bine in Madhya Pradesh. Won against international competitive bidding, the order assumes special significance, as this is the first order for Petcoke-fired CFBC boilers on BHEL.
