Aditya Birla Nuvo said its board has appointed Dr Bharat K. Singh as Managing Director with effect from November 1. Dr Singh has been appointed in the place of Mr Sanjeev Aga who has been nominated Managing Director of Idea Cellular Ltd with effect from the same date.
