`FIIs can invest in Tata Steel'

Mumbai , Oct. 30

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) can purchase shares of Tata Steel under the portfolio investment scheme, said the Reserve Bank of India in a press release issued on Monday.

FII holding in the company has gone down below 22 per cent of its paid-up capital, said RBI.
