Classic Diamonds plans stock split

Classic Diamonds India Ltd is holding a board meeting of November 9 to consider splitting of shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2 per share.

Classic will also decide on the amalgamation of Purvi Diamonds Pvt Ltd with the company and seek approval of the board to raise funds for overseas acquisitions valuing $100 million.
