City Square Enterprises, a Bangalore-based property development company is developing three gated communities in Chennai, estimated to cost Rs 100 crore, said Mr N. M. Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of City Square Enterprises. It is developing 67 acres at Sriperumbudur and 30 acres at Chinglepet. In Poonamalle, it is developing 13 acres in the first phase and 18 acres in the second phase.The cost of the house would be between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 34 lakh and would include the cost of one ground and 2,000 sq ft, he told newspersons. Mr Reddy said the company is developing gated communities in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Coimbatore.
