Reliance Cap to buy Travelmate

The Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group owned Reliance Capital Ltd will acquire 100 per cent of the equity capital of Travelmate Services (India) Pvt Ltd, a financial services company, belonging to the Kuoni group. The company has informed the BSE of the deal without providing financial details. The acquisition will mark the immediate entry of the company into money changing and transfer services. Headquartered in Mumbai, Travelmate Services (India) has 36 offices, 2,900 agents and 91 employees across the country.
