Mr D. Balasundaram, CMD of CPC (P) Ltd, has been elected President of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Coimbatore, for 2006-08. The following are the other office-bearers: Vice-Presidents — Mr M. Krishnan, MD of Sri Krishna Sweets, Mr C. R. Swaminathan, Chief Executive of P.S.G. Industrial Institute and Mrs Vanitha Mohan, Executive Director of Pricol Ltd; Honorary Secretaries — Mr R. R. Balasundharam and Mr Shreegopal Maheshwary; Treasurer — Mr C. Balasubramanian.
