PVR bags Maharashtra projects

PVR Projects Ltd, an infrastructure company, has bagged two projects in Maharashtra valued at Rs 386 crore. The first is the Maharashtra-Deharji Medium Project (construction of dam, canal and other works) in Thane district worth Rs 104 crore.

The second project is the Jigaon Project (construction of earthern dam, including spillway, tail channel and so on) in Kharigaon district worth Rs 282 crore, according to Mr P. Satish Kumar Reddy, Executive Director of the company. The company is negotiating with financial advisers for private equity for funding its working capital requirements or ongoing projects and realty ventures, he said in a press release here.

PVR Projects also plans to construct three star deluxe hotels in Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai.
