Sadhu's Bistro plans more outlets

The vegetarian-only Sadhu's Bistro plans restaurants in Sydney and Bangalore within a year. The company, which runs a restaurant (Saffron Indian Bistro) in Chicago, recently opened an outlet in Hyderabad. One more would come up in the city.

Addressing a press conference here, Sadhu's promoter Mr Vijay Sadhu, said the idea was to offer a wide variety of vegetarian fare — right from Kanjeeveram idli to dishes from other Oriental countries.
