MindTree Consulting has expanded its board of directors to 10 by including five new members. The new members, who will function as independent directors, are Dr Albert Hieronimus, Managing Director of Motor Industries Co Ltd and Chairman of Robert Bosch India Ltd, Mr George Scalise, President of Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), Mr Mark Runacres, consultant in a range of fields, including at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), Mr N. Vittal, former Chief Vigilance Officer, and Mr R. Srinivasan, former Managing Director of Widia (India) Ltd.

Other directors include Mr Lip-Bu Tan, Chairman of Walden International, Mr Siddhartha V.G., Chairman of Global Technology Ventures, and Mr Vivek Kalra, Vice-President at Capital Group, representing three investors in the company. Mr Ashok Soota and Mr Subroto Bagchi, MindTree Consulting Chief Operating Officer, will function as Executive Directors on the board.
