Hyderabad, Nov. 22

Kenexa, a software solutions provider for human resource recruitment and management, has announced the acquisition of London-based Psychometric Services Ltd (PSL) for approximately $7.6 million. PSL publishes personality questionnaires, ability tests and screening, and selection and development tools.

The Chief Executive Officer of Kenexa, Mr Rudy Karsan, in a statement said, "PSL has been in the assessment solutions business for approximately 17 years, and we expect that the addition of their solid library of content and team of psychologists will extend Kenexa's value proposition and differentiate our company from a domain expertise perspective."
