Venture capitalist Matrix Partners India has invested Rs 25 crore in Moods Hospitality Ltd, the Chinese fast food chain under the Yo! China brand. With plans of scaling its operations and entering new Mumbai markets, Yo! China is also considering an IPO in the future. It currently has 20 operational outlets across the country.

At a press conference, Mr Ashish Kapur, Co-founder & Managing Director, Yo! China, said, "With this financial backing, we will accelerate our national expansion plans and open 200 outlets in the next 3-4 years.''
