New Delhi, Nov. 28

The Union Coal Minister, Mr Shibu Soren, has been held guilty of involvement in the killing of his private secretary, Mr Shashi Nath Jha, 12 years ago by a Delhi court.

This is the first of its kind conviction of a Union Minister in a murder case in India.
