Actis Tech to expand in Maharashtra

Audio, visual and environment control solutions player, Actis Technologies, have drawn up its expansion plans for Maharashtra. The company is targeting Rs 60 crore from this market.

Mr Abhimanyu Gupta, Director, told presspersons that the size of the audiovisual industry in Maharashtra is expected to touch Rs 150 crore by 2010.

The domestic market size is estimated at Rs 625 crore this year. He said that the industry was growing at 25 per cent year on year.

As a part of the expansion plans, a regional office has been started to cater to areas in Maharashtra.

The Pune office would act as the hub for all these areas and the company would ramp up its partners to 100. Currently it has 22 partners in Maharashtra, excluding Mumbai.
