Parsvnath lists at 80% premium

Parsvnath Developers Ltd made a debut at 80 per cent premium to the offer price of Rs 300 on the BSE. The stock opened at Rs 540 on the BSE.

On the NSE, it opened at Rs 456.70, a premium of 52.23 per cent. The stock witnessed an intra-day high at Rs 579 and low at Rs 481.50 on the BSE before closing at Rs 526.30.

On the NSE, the stock closed at Rs 526.40 after an intra-day high of Rs 575.65 and low of Rs 456.70.

The New Delhi-based real estate company had issued 3,30,38,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in the price band of Rs 250 to Rs 300 per share.
